Dl325 Gen10 Plus V2 Dead server after redundant PSU failure

I got this server that died after only one of the PSUs failed, not even the iLO was working, no leds, server was silent dead. I had to unplug the power cords and then it came back to life, albeit with one failed PSU. Redundancy Strategy in BIOS was set to Balanced Mode. Historical Power draw has been around 350W for a fully loaded system. PSUs are 800w PN 865412-502..
How's it possible that the failure of a PSU brings down the system in such an awful way, and without any traces in the health logs ?
I've 4 other identical servera on the same rack and only this one experienced issues.

Hi,

Please check if all the other 4 identical servers have same type of power supply unit.
Check if all the other 4 identical servers have same BIOS, iLO and Power Supply firmware.

@Suman_1978 The rest of the servers are identical, purchased at the same time, running identical firmware and with the same PSU model, each server's PSU is connected to a different PDU bus. The failed PSU looks like this right now:

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, it could be the power supply issue.

Have you contacted HPE Support to get it sorted out?

If not, please contact and log a support case.
